Paris Apartment Neighborhood

The Parisian pictures below are a view from across the Seine looking toward Rue Saint Louis En L'Ile (where the apartment is located - about a five minute walk from where this picture was taken on the opposite bank of the Seine), and another picture from the right bank looking West along the river taken from the right bank side of Pont Sully. Incidently, the Paris metro entrance is only a minute or so walk from this spot.

The Lamppost picture was from Pont Sully at the corner of Rue Saint Louis En L'Ile - less than one minute from the apartment. Just to the right of the lamppost are stairs to the quay along the river - a very nice walkway. And then there is Notre Dame, less than a ten minute walk from the apartment. When this picture was taken, restoration work was still in progress.

Truly Ile Saint Louis is an historic, centrally located quartier of Paris.
