More people are renting Paris apartments for their vacations, rather than staying at expensive Paris hotels.

Given the small size of most Paris hotel rooms, Paris vacation apartment rentals almost always offer you more space for your Paris vacation dollar, particularly if you have small children, or are traveling to Paris with close friends.

Also, Parisian ambience. You can go to Paris, stay in a large Paris hotel, and not even know you are in Paris. Or, you can rent a Paris apartment and live like a Parisian for a truly remarkable Paris vacation.

Paris apartments are, almost by definition, tucked away in "neat" neighborhoods - one of ours is on Rue Saint-Louis En L'Ile, where large hotels are simply not allowed. Yet it is one of the oldest, and most historic neighborhoods in Paris - on an island in the middle of the Seine, central to everything. What more could you ask for?

Our other apartment is on Rue Mornay, near Canal St. Martin, not far from the Ile St. Louis apartment, but in a modern building, on the top floor, with an elevator, two small terraces, and excellent views. Different than Ile St. Louis, but Parisian views, and centrally located.

Also, both Paris rental apartments have internet availability through a WIFI connection, using the 802b.11 standard. So, while vacationing in Paris, or on business, you can stay connected, or check Paris related information with your computer.
